Pharis Energy, a North Sea-focused oil and gas company, is looking at three possible funding routes to secure approximately GBP 10m for its flagship Pilot field, Chief Executive Officer Stephen Brown and Chief Financial Officer Alan Hume said.
The three options include introducing an investor into its fields in a farmout transaction with another oil company, bringing a financial investor into the corporate structure, or pursuing a listing and raising capital on the public markets, they said.
